Terms & Conditions for ELET Registration
By submitting this registration form for the Ehtesham Law Entrance Test (ELET), you agree to the following terms and conditions set by Ehtesham Law Academy:
1. Accuracy of Information:
All details provided in the registration form must be true, complete, and accurate. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification or cancellation of admission at any stage.
2. Eligibility:
The ELET is open to all aspirants preparing for B.A. LL.B. entrance examinations. Applicants must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the prospectus.
3. Examination Rules:
The ELET will be conducted online under video monitoring. Students must keep their cameras active throughout the test. Any form of malpractice, impersonation, or unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Selection & Admission:
β Admission to the Super 60 Batch will be based purely on ELET merit and the final result declared by the academy.
β The decision of Ehtesham Law Academy in the selection process shall be final and binding.
β Students who do not qualify among the top 60 may apply for admission under the Self-Finance Batch.
5. Registration Fee & Refund Policy:
β A nominal registration fee is applicable at the time of form submission.
β This fee covers administrative and processing costs.
β Registration fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, disqualification, absence, or any other reason.
β No request for refund or transfer of registration will be entertained under any circumstances.
6. Non-Transferable Registration:
Registration and ELET access are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.
7. Communication & Updates:
All official updates, exam instructions, and results will be shared through the contact details provided by the applicant (email, WhatsApp, or SMS). Applicants must ensure they provide valid and active contact information.
8. Data Privacy:
The information provided in the form will be used only for academic, admission, and communication purposes by Ehtesham Law Academy. Your personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
9. Right to Admission:
Ehtesham Law Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
10. Code of Conduct:
Selected candidates are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior during all classes, tests, and academy activities. Violation may result in termination from the program.
11. Changes & Updates:
Ehtesham Law Academy reserves the right to modify exam dates, syllabus, or rules if required.
Any such changes will be duly communicated through official channels.
